We have supported the work of Manor C. E. School for many years while the school was in our Parish. At Easter 2009, the school moved to it's new home on Milfield Lane and was welcomed into the Parishes of All Saints and St Everilda in Poppleton. Our links with Manor continue through the work of the Chaplaincy with our Vicar, the Rev'd Tony Hand continuing to act as Chaplain to the School.
During the year the Chaplaincy helps to support the school in many ways including:
- work with the governing body
- providing the school Eucharist
- leading assemblies
- supporting lessons
- representing the school within the local church, our deanery and diocese
- prayer for the school and it's work
- offering pastoral support to staff, students and their families.
